Terrible customer service and an absolute disaster of a service department! They made me wait 3–4 hours, claimed my car's computer was reset, but handed it back completely broken. Then they admitted they messed up and wanted me to wait all over again. They wouldn't even cover an Uber past 5 miles, forcing me to pay out of pocket back to Irvine. To top it off, nobody answers the phone—just endless automated loops. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone!
Great customer service Easy to check in and great lobby
Got quoted over $1000 for 30k mile service (oil change, tire rotation etc.) which is a borderline scam even compared to normal dealership service prices. The place I ended up going told me the previous service (done here at Toyota HB under Toyotacare) had overfilled the oil, risking engine damage. Probably not worth going here even if it's free, and definitely not worth $1000.
