David Wilson Automotive are dishonest and untrustworthy. Took an extra $5000 from our checking account without our consent or knowledge after we paid for our car by check and 10 days later we are still calling and trying to get a refund for the $5000 taken from us. Absolutely awful. PM if you need any more info on the list of insane issues we had with them.

I don’t recommend getting maintenance here I have purchased multiple vehicles at Toyota HB seems always to be the case with maintenance wait time is 3-4 hrs even if you make an appointment for a simple oil change is excessive. This last visit today 8/22/25 made an appointment for maintenance oil change only synthetic. Terrible service appointment. The service advisor makes a big difference who you get, this time I got one named Roberto, and he acted like he couldn’t care less. In a rush, not paying attention to my needs, two hours later I asked what was going on with my battery and he said it’s been serviced. I knew that, I told them I had a hard exit after two hours and that’s why I arrived at 6:30 AM in the morning for my appointment.
