Great customer service Easy to check in and great lobby
Got quoted over $1000 for 30k mile service (oil change, tire rotation etc.) which is a borderline scam even compared to normal dealership service prices. The place I ended up going told me the previous service (done here at Toyota HB under Toyotacare) had overfilled the oil, risking engine damage. Probably not worth going here even if it's free, and definitely not worth $1000.
I wanted to share my disappointment with the overall direction of my experience at your dealership. While my service advisor has been great to work with, what I was promised during the sales process hasn’t aligned with reality.
