Buyer beware. I had a horrible experience with this dealership. Unethical practice, I was in the process to purchase a vehicle and take it to my mechanic, but the salesman insisted to take it for me first thing in the morning. He never took it as promised and sold it to someone who just walked in the dealership that morning. I had spoken to several other dealerships, and they were shocked with this type of practice. I bought a 2019 ****** highlander with 13 thousand miles and it was already malfunctioning, I am very disappointed with the service department they want to be fast but not efficient this car has a hole between the radio and the top of the dashboard, I took it in the service department service and they refused to fix the problem I had greater inconvenience.
