Incumplimiento en lo que dicen. Cuando compre un auto allá el vendedor me dijo que si refería nuevos clientes y ese negocio se cerrara darían 300-500 dólares de comisión. Lleve un cliente compró un vehículo de 45 mil dólares. Y el vendedor me dice que solo me dará 100 dólares por haber llevado ese cliente. Por lo tanto le dije que se quedara con sus 100 dólares. No cumplen lo que dicen.

I could not be happier! Originally, I called Westport Toyota because they were closer. Greenwich charges $199 for a diagnosis, Westport charges $254. According to Westport I needed 2 oxygen sensors at $600/each + labor = $1600!!!! I called Greenwich and they told me I would be out of there definitely under $1K. As it turns out, I did not need 2 sensors, only one was not working properly. I got an oil change and one sensor removed & a replacement of a gasket and another oddball thing or two for $744. Toyota of Greenwich was able to help me find the vehicle I was looking for in a timely manner. Upon coming in I was introduced to Albert after dealing directly with the GM Sharon & GSM Bob. Albert was very eager to help and make the process quick and smooth all while showing me what the dealership had to offer. Bob did my financing paperwork and helped me get that done quickly and transparently. All in all a great experience and would highly recommend to do business here.
