This Toyota dealership does bait and switch beware of the advertised price and when you inquire about the vehicle they switch the price even when you have proof of a screenshot of the price. Stay away the give good dealership a horrible name! I was smart enough to take screenshots and they still told me they wouldn't honor the original advertising price

I was told my vehicle passed the Quality check however within less than 24 hours my vehicle gave off a fume smell. I brought it into a servicing center to be evaluated and the car came back with a oil leak in the Turbo of my 2014 Ford Escape. Ill need to replace the turbo which I got quoted for to cost 1300-1500 dollars. On Thursday, December 9, 2021, our Camry would not start. We had a Toyota battery that was dated 2017 and had an 84-month warranty on it. We took it to Toyota of Greenville. About 30 minutes later, the technician who greeted us said he was told that they could not do anything for us. Just to let you know a little bit about our experience so far with Toyota. It is very simple. Toyota sells cars. Period. Don't bother purchasing any warranties or fall into the trap of thinking they are going to do a good job of maintaining the vehicle you purchase from them. The reality is that they will do anything they can to make it sound like any of the quality problems with the vehicle are your fault. All they care about is saving themselves money. Bought a car that was wrecked previously with no one telling me two years ago. Bumper has now faded and doesn’t match rest of car. Car has been to shop several times for brakes popping when stopping and squeaking going over speed bumps. Not to mention, car has stopped on its own not when I was with in braking distance and lane assist does not work probably when crossing marked lines. This is not a normal thing in a new car. I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in January and they were to transfer my tag. Two days ago, I was pulled over by a law enforcement officer who accused me of driving a stolen car because my tag did not match my new vehicle. I visited the dealership and found they sold me a vehicle without a clear title. The tag was never transferred and there is no clear title. After negotiations, we arrived at an agreed upon price. As we were getting ready to sign, salesman JD asked for my social security number, and then my birthday, and then my last address... I got confused and inquired about why he needed to know all of this. Apparently it was so they could run my credit to start the loan process.
