I took my took my car in because my turbo had went bad in my car and had to be replaced,they called back an told me they had to change oil to due to the turbo had some chips that had gotten in my oil,then they said my battery was bad,along with my warranty my 100 dollar deductible i paid 474.dollars then i got home,i notice that my arm on my rear view wind shield wiper was broken,i called back up there to ask about it he said we did't go in the trunk,which was a lie because when the tow truck driver loaded my car the car sea... read more

I am severely disappointed in this dealership... I bought a 2019 Tacoma from them and had a horrible buying experience. From waiting hours for the salesman/managers to get back to me on questions and issues, to being sold a certified pre-owned vehicle with tires that are technically illegal to be driving on the road they have so little tread. I want to warn others about what happened to me today in the service department. I took my car here for an oil change and a tire rotation. After they were done inspecting and servicing my vehicle, I was told that I had a “catastrophic” problem with my engine, and that the head gasket along with other things needed to be replaced. He made it seem like it was a major issue. He told me that my car was pretty much unsafe to drive until I got it fixed. Purchased a car for my daughter in May, 2023 by September **** states that the car needed a new engine. Toyota said no so they replaced the transmission. The day we go the car back the check engine light came on. Took it back the engine needed to be replaced. They bought the care back and put my daughter in a 2021 *** ******on 11/25/23. On 01/28/24, the car engine started to make a loud noise. Currently, it is at Toyota of Greenville, headed to *** for a new engine. Management had someone else call me. I don’t normally post reviews but I had the experience to meet and work with Mark Ashley. He was very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. Mark was able to answer all my tire questions and at all times I felt I was being treated with total respect. If I was Mark’s boss,I would give home a raise. I wish there was a discount for us Public Servants. Thank you, Mark

I purchased a car from this dealership and the car lasted me about 4 months. Within those 4 months I had 3 major problems with the car. First there was an engine problem and they had to replace the engine. Second there was a defective O-ring and caused oil to leak onto the belt and the belt went off track and got shredded and almost caused my engine to overheat (In the new motor). Third problem is then my 1.6Turbo is leaking and now they are saying warranty is not going to cover it. 4 MONTHS I had the car!!!!! Now they sugge... read more

Toyota of Greenville has to be the worst place to buy a car on a business level. The people are masters of ripping off and cheating the customer. Customers please be aware when you enter this dealership. ( REALLY SLEEZY AND DISHONEST ) . Do not trust anything they say or do.

I took my vehicle into Toyota of Greenville on 9/7/2022 to have my Tacoma Reservoir inspected for a leak. The service advisor, Joshua told me he will call once the technician inspected my reservoir and he will call in my purchased extended warranty to see if it is covered. I waited about 2 hours, called the advisor and he said my 2017 Tacoma is next to be pulled into the shop. After another hour or 2, I received a link showing the price of my reservoir $308.00 and other possible things that didn’t need attention right but al... read more

Toyota of Greenville never contacted me about the lie that the representative told me. No apology which shows bad management and dishonesty with Toyota of Greenville. The manager should be fired for allowing crooked under handle processes. I promise, I will tell everyone in Greenville about how they scam people.
