Went in to get an oil change, cabin filter and wiper blades. It took 3 different attempts to even book an appointment on 3 different days after being transferred to the same person that doesn’t answer the phone. A few days after I noticed my wiper blades were never installed so now I have to take time out of my day to get a refund on such a simple maintenance job. I purchased a vehicle from this establishment in October 2020. My buying experience was exceptional. My salesperson was Stephanie. Unfortunately, I had to sell the vehicle back to the dealer after a few months. I made several attempts to contact the finance department to cancel the warranty. Over a 2 week period, I spoke to the receptionist who attempted to transfer me to Joe. Each time I was unable to leave a message. I was due for service a few months ago but didn’t go because of Covid. My car needed an oil change and when I was last in I was told I also needed brakes and had received a letter stating how worn they were. I went for my appointment expecting to be there a while but was quickly told my car was ready. They checked the brakes and I was told I didn’t need to have them replaced. I truly appreciate their honesty to not do brake work when not needed.

Brought my brand new 2020 RAV4 in for a diagnosis of a rattling noise in the back wheel area back in June 2020. Terrible experience with service, problem was not diagnosed, vehicle was dirty, headrests had been removed and thrown onto the ground and stepped on then left for me to replace when I picked up vehicle, seats had been moved and had blue dust prints on inside and outside of vehicle.
