Jenn O’Brien is the very best Sales Manager. I really appreciated her knowledge of the vehicles and her patience with me. Car buying can be stressful and Jenn helped me through the experience.
I dropped my car off on a Wednesday night right at closing filled out the sheet of paper as asked and knowing I had set an appointment for the next day at 9 something in the morning however, due to my work schedule I could not be there. I heard nothing from them until I called on Friday. I was told bc it was a non Toyota warranty there was only one person to look at it that they would call Monday with an update. Absolutely love their service department. They are very accommodating, fast, friendly and take very good care of their customers. I highly recommend their sales department and service team.!!!!
We are from upstate New York. While on vacation our check engine light came on. We called them and they got us in. Brayden was our service advisor and was absolutely amazing. He kept us up to date and took care of contacting the warranty company. Also the whole service department were nice, helpful and run things so smoothly. Thank you all so very much again!!!
