I have been wanting to write this review in appreciation of Jeff Goessele who serviced great customer service to me and my husband! Made us feel so welcomed and answered all our questions. This was my first car purchase one all always remember. Thank you Jeff! Hope you remember me, this was almost a year ago! Never too late for a review!
Called in the morning for an oil change and tire rotation appointment. Got one for the next morning. On time. Courteous. Explained everything. Fox Lake Toyota has a great service dept.

Toyota of Fox Lake once again did not disappoint! I had a part replaced on my car last week, and the service was timely and priced fairly. I could not ask for a better place to bring my vehicle. I am most grateful!!! More recently, I had to bring my car in unexpectedly for repair. Torious were both outstanding, as usual, providing me with excellent care, a loaner, and fair charges. I cannot say enough about this team of experts! Thank you so much~
