I wish I could rate the service department and sales department separately, because the sales department is phenomenal. Great experience, fair price, no tricks or haggling. If I could give them 6 stars, I would. The service department, on the other hand, is atrocious. I’ve taken my car there twice and each experience was awful. Trying to get any updates from them is like pulling teeth—they would promise me an update on X day and then never reach out, and I often had to call multiple times before receiving a call back.
