In most cases it is rare to have both facility and staff sync up to provide a balanced synergy to provide a reliable and worry free expectation as well as outcome. It gives me the confidence I require and demand. The majority of my opinion is formed from interaction with staff, anyone can hide behind a big name and they do not. They show it with pride.

Toyota of DOTHAN scheduled my 5th Toyota I have owned, I am a verified customer, for a 10:40 a.m. new tire and front end alignment APPOINTMENT. My wife showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment. At 1 pm the vehicle was still not being seen for service. I personally SCHEDULED this appointment. This was NOT a walk in. They do not honor appointment times.
