Other than every mirror on the car was readjusted, the drivers seat moved all over and laid down like someone was sleeping in it, run lights/ auto light control turned off. Other than that it was peachy
Excellent service, kind gentleman, quick response to my concern.
This was the worst service experience I have ever had in 20 years of service with Toyota. It was a software update recall that took over 5 hours to accomplish. I called to see if vehicle was ready and was told 20 more minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later to be told it was 10 more minutes. After waiting an hour it was finally completed. I think the car just sat there until I arrived to pick it up and then they did the recall update. The service representative was not understanding at all. Kept telling me it was almost done.
