I wanted to share my most recent experience with Toyota of Denton, as they can’t communicate and are refusing accountability for scratching and dinging my GR Corolla. Went in for the infamous grille exchange under warranty. Took over 2 weeks without anyone reaching out with updates. I get my car back, poorly washed and with a noticeable ding. Today I had the worst experience I have ever had a Toyota I would suggest that if you installing a new system everybody is trained with it before you open the doors. 2 and 1/2 hours for an oil change seems to be a little much especially if you don't know if it was done or not. We were from out of state but were treated like family.
Today I went for my car service at this location, and it was a horrible experience. A new service advisor, Sam Stroud, has joined Toyota of Denton, and unfortunately, my experience with him was extremely disappointing. He was rude, dismissive, and completely lacking in professionalism. What’s worse, he was dishonest about the pricing and repairs needed.
