Very good service! Did what was asked to be done in timely manner.
Bought a 2026TRD tundra. From the salesman to the finance guy, everything was fantastic. I brought the truck into service to have a trifold cover installed over my truck bed.
I recently brought in my Tundra for service at Toyota of Denton. I was met at the service bay with courtesy. As the repair could take several days, I was provided a loaner vehicle and met the service manager Tim Dorweiler. Tim was fantastic. He was knowledgeable and helpful as well as professional. As a service manager has to deal with multiple priorities and clients, Tim always made me feel like I was the priority. Lack of (non existent) communication, we had to called and left messages before they got back to us. Very disappointed.
