I came in for my scheduled appointment at 7:30 AM for a basic oil change. I didn’t leave until 10:30 AM. They originally told me it would take around 2 hours, but my car just sat there and wasn’t even touched until after those 2 hours had already passed. If they’re running behind, fine — but communicate that. Don’t leave customers sitting and guessing. Mario, in particular, had some of the worst customer service I’ve seen. I made an appointment and still had to wait 4 hours. The car was sitting in the parking lot for 1.5 hours until I got the manager involved. I am a long time customer both in sales and service at your dealership and this service appointment has changed that. I will looking for a new dealership to do business with.

Had an appointment that was scheduled by this location upon purchase of a vehicle scheduled by the location automatically, couldnt make the appointment on time due to work schedule, and when I arrived almost an hour before the posted close time, was told they aren't open, they wont take me and that its my fault they cant take me do the fact that I didnt honor the scheduled time. I brought my car in yesterday for electrical issues and left less than two hours later.With the problem resolved. Thank you, Toyota for getting me in right away, and for handling this So quickly. The time went by very fast and their customer lounge. I recommend this dealership to anybody with any type of car.
