Had an appointment that was scheduled by this location upon purchase of a vehicle scheduled by the location automatically, couldnt make the appointment on time due to work schedule, and when I arrived almost an hour before the posted close time, was told they aren't open, they wont take me and that its my fault they cant take me do the fact that I didnt honor the scheduled time. I brought my car in yesterday for electrical issues and left less than two hours later.With the problem resolved. Thank you, Toyota for getting me in right away, and for handling this So quickly. The time went by very fast and their customer lounge. I recommend this dealership to anybody with any type of car.
Took my Grand Highlander in for its 5,000 service. Making the appointment with Daneja was flawless she made sure to set me up with a day and time that would make the service wait be perfect. She chose Greg as my service advisor and he was awesome! He kept me updated on the progress, and had me in and out in an hour. Definitely made the ride to their dealership service department worth it! I highly recommend them for any Toyota service you may need! Wish I could offer more than 5 stars!
