Herson Horace is the best service advisor. I came in after service was closed and he was very kind and helpful. Got my car ready for me the next morning it was great service.
Overpriced and slow.
I have 3 Toyota Car, I used to go for service my car, recently they Rip off and charging extra for services they charge Labor,then Parts and Misc. charge and above that they are charging for Credit card 3%, ridicules, that illigal to do that. I have 3 choices for service, Delray toyota, Al Hendriction Toyota, still I choose Deerfield Toyota, but it's getting worse, I am also doing business but we are not Charging for Credit card.

Extremely unsatisfying experience. I’m today to do a car maintenance and they told me I need to change the brakes (about $700). I trusted them with my vehicle and almost two hours later they told me that the worker broke one of the caliper. From a professional worker of the Toyota dealership they make such a mistake not to keep me safe but putting me on the risk.
