Really bad communication. Drop off car for a diagnostic and told me I would get a ride and when I got there I had to have a uber app to use my voucher, didn’t explain about the voucher since a had used a driver before and I don’t have a uber app so I didn’t do the service
Def suggest Jacob he was super knowledgeable and helpful, at first they told me I wouldn’t get my car back for 2 days and then managed to get it done the next morning! Thanks guys ❤
