Great experience with repairs on my Tundra. Jack Date in particular was excellent. He helped me out in a pinch and because of that, I’ll be happy to bring my vehicles here to be serviced when needed.
I bought a brand new Toyota Tacoma last year (2024), i have had to call several times, noone ever returns my calls. I brought my truck in today and let my service tech know: he was not helpful at all. He blew me and my concerns off. Even though I love my truck I will NEVER buy another Toyota after the customer service of their service department . my appointment was under the name Mae Felkins Which is my legal name I came in this morning at 8 o’clock 11/6/5
I've been taking my Toyota's and Subaru's to this dealership for over twenty years,; this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I brought my Subaru Outback in for a 150,000 mile maintenance. Turns out that they no longer really work on Subaru's, but nobody informed me of that. Not when I made an appointment with the service department, not when I spoke to the service manager when I dropped the car off in the morning. Incredibly disappointed with Toyota Corvallis service. They missed an obvious inspection point on my car, making me miss my warranty window and leaving me with a $2500 repair. I would recommend you take your car to other mechanics for an inspection or used car repair.
