Rob was very informative about what my car needed and I agreed to what he advised. I was taken home and brought back to Toyota when my car was finished. I thank him so much. My big surprise came when I paid the bill. I was fully informed about the cost beforehand. It wasn't that, it was the surcharge added for using my charge card that shocked me.
