I have had multiple visits here with my ToyotaCare package for service, and have had a great experience each time! Even though my service package has ended, I will continue to go to them if I need help with my Rav4. All of the employees I interacted with were pleasant and welcoming. I'd like to specifically shout out Jace, who went above and beyond to help me get in and out of my appointment in a timely manner when he did not need to do that (I had double booked myself on accident). The service here is always top notch and the prices are very competitive, so the value is really good. Kami and the service techs were great and my oil change took about 20 minutes less than I was expecting. The waiting area is also very spacious and comfortable. Thanks Kami and Toyota of Bozeman!!!
