Probably one of the worst I’ve been in. Parts take forever to come in. Come in pieces. They don’t know what to say, low efficiency, Prices are the double, staff seems to be under the influence of illegal substances. They don’t even know how to write down the order properly. Always excusesWorst management I’ve seen. Save yourself time and go to another parts department. Koons in Annapolis or laurel.
I knew what I wanted but was expecting the parts guys to know exactly what to give me. Instead I ended up google looking up my own part numbers. Nothing hard I was looking for literally drain plugs and gaskets for my Diffs and transfer case. But 4 stars for the patience and effort they gave trying to help me figure it out . They could use a little more training on finding parts in their system.

The service was quick, and the Teo gentleman who helped me were very professional. I went to get my transmission fluid and coolant change as I want my vehicle to last as long as possible. The prices are up their and they are not cheap. I they also fixed a recall for the tensioner on the seat belt which is exactly why I go to the dealer and not just some random car place. I would go back again.
