I had my car serviced recently and can’t say enough about the great service I received. Keith in the service department was very informative and was a pleasure to work with. He is a great asset to your company. Don’t lose him to another car dealership. I hope he is the contact person the next time I need service.

The service was a bit mixed. The service department was ok, and the service woman Toni was excellent. She was very polite and helpful. The other woman, Sherry (she handled my loaner car) was rude and quite disagreeable. She was nice at the very end after I asked her why she snatched the loaner keys from me. Perhaps she didn't mean to, perhaps she did, I don't know, but the evidence of her previous demeanor suggests she was just not polite. Had a rough start with experience due to change in management at the time of my purchase and not knowing after initial visit but after talking with merlin and Lisa they helped get things squared away and soon we had our new sienna to the specs we wanted. They helped us get to a more comfortable payment and were very understanding about a time limit we had the day of pickup all was very appreciated thank you for the good experience and we will be back for more in future.
