This was our second time to purchase a new car at Toyota of Boerne. The staff, as usual, was courteous, professional, and efficient. 3 hour wait with appointment. Checked in quickly. Always extra fees and add ons. Would like more details personally. Purchased car in 2013 here and maintained service. My service person quite busy. Dont mind waiting, just bring a book. Changed battery and coolant. Usually surprised at end totals. $389.71.

Obviously car sales are declining due to various reasons and the dealership must seek revenue elsewhere. That said the push for extra services that my car needs was a tad unnerving. Wasnt prepared for the $1,000 worth of suggested maintenance when I simply came in for an oil change. Will still be a loyal Toyota of Boerne customer.
