****** ****** was a very fair sales consultant; We came in blazing because of a miscommunication and another representative skimped out on a meeting, however, he took us through and gave us a good deal on a new 2025 Corolla LE. We had a couple hours of conversation and ultimately the process we settled upon was comfortable and in our ballpark. Very respectful guy. Good service.

My mother-in-laws experience with Toyota of Boerne was nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional. Had issues with my 2008 Highlander and brought it to the service department. ******* (Will) ****** was quick to get it to the service department and follow-up on the estimated repair. Toyota provided a loaner car while I waited for the estimate/********* took two days to get the quote that a new torque converter was needed, which would cost more than the value of the car. ******* was a great salesman and really helped me through the process.
Our salesman Angel **** was great. He was very easy to deal with and listened to us. There was no pressure put on us. We did have a few issues with the financial department giving us our signed paperwork. We were given a USB disc after paperwork was signed. Upon opening at home, many of the documents were missing. It took us several weeks to get them all. I would buy another car from them; but I would be more proactive in ensuring I have all documents before leaving the dealership.
