So I'll start this off by saying I had previously come here for the past 5 years for service on my FJ Cruiser, and had been treated well. Long but well worth the read. Filled out the price inquiry through their website. Then received an email from a salesman, an Ian Mendoza. We worked out a price for a 2019 Tundra, about $9K off the ticket price. After we agreed on the price he asked me to go in and make the offer in person. He said he would have the car pulled up and ready for me to drive at out appointment time. I went in with cash in hand ready to buy the vehicle after a test drive. Service Department. Wife took 2006 Toyota tundra in for oil change and tire rotation. Dealer claims couldn't rotate tires because they were too worn. Claimed they had a great deal on tires but won't be in until Friday, but said we needed alignment as well. OK. Then magically tires showed up immediately.??? Upon performing alignment "a rusted bolt" broke, then it was inner and outer tie rod end needed replacement.
