All reps were helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and attentive. Sam Wood was my rep and he was extremely professional the whole time. There was a lot of paperwork and many decisions to be made and he explained every detail calmly and patiently. I ended up with the perfect car for me
Bought a beautiful used Kia Soul 2012 ! from them for nearly 10k last year in 2024. Had issues immediately and was basically told not our car not our problem. Now the transmission is failing. This car is a complete lemon, as a low income person this is and will be a devastating and non recoverable loss when this vehicle eventually goes out. Two stars because my car sales person was wonderful and probably didn’t know the level of garbage this car was.
