Our sales price ended up lower than advertised, but no one demanded credit for the savings. Loved this place. Had some issues with the new car, and everyone was helpful and understanding while they took care of the issue! I want to shout out especially to Stephen, he was working hard to make sure ai was taken care of. I also want to shout out to Andrey, and Richard who all worked to resolve the issue as well! Such great service! Our saleman was awesome. So kind, funny, and outgoing. Eric is the best! He has genuine interest in his customers and works hard to get what you truly want. Ask him about dungeons and dragons ;).
Erich was a great salesman, went above and beyond and making sure I didn't feel rushed or settle for something I didn't want. He and his team worked well together in finding my ideal vehicle. Absolutely would recommend him to anyone buying from Toyota.
