Just picked up our new 2023 Toyota Sienna from Toyota of Ann Arbor. Excellent service from Hunter, Ava, Jeff, and Jordan!

Honest and Friendly Service Department I've taken my car to several different dealerships for service and Dunning is one of the best. I've been to Dunning three times for repairs and have been very satisfied each time. The service department is friendly, prompt and honest. I've dropped of my car during and after business hours. When dropping if off after hours, they are quick to call the next day and tell you the issue. The prices are, of course, a little expensive, but this is to be expected from any dealership. And hey, th... read more

The service department practices monitary discrimination I recently visited the service department for service on my girlfriend's car. The initial experience with them was good. I asked them to inform me of the cost of the repairs before they did anything because I am on a tight budget and they obliged. When they told me that they didn't have the parts in the shop and they would have to order them, they said that they would do a temporary fix on the vehicle that would last until the parts would come in. By the time that I go... read more

Pretty Upset I don't believe their service department knows as much as they think they do. I went in for service on two known problems for Toyota FJ Cruisers and then sent me out with half a fix. I'll be taking my business elsewhere in the future. I'm 26 and have had an SC400, MR2 Spyder, this FJ, and a Scion TC. I hope to continue my business with Toyota. Just not this dealership. In the South (Mike Calvert in Houston and Savannah Toyota) the service was much better.

TERRIBLE!!!!!!! BEWARE OF THE CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH! I went to Dunning Subaru to buy a Forester. Had pre-approved financing in place from my bank which was a very good interest rate. I worked with Kristin and she kept telling me things, such as the equipment included, trade in price, delivery date, etc that would later be negated by Dan (the F and I guy) and "upper management". First, there was a bait and switch on what features the car had. The car arrived only to have a low end stereo in it, when I was promised a better ... read more

Fine, but a little expensive I usually had my car service in Dunning Toyota. But I accidentally went to another car repair workshop and found that the service fee in Dunning Toyota is much more expensive. For regular oil change and tire, brake check, they charge more than $60. If you need to change some parts, it costs more since they use parts from Toyota. I have no issue against it, but I just feel I can save some money in other workshop. Besides, Dunning toyota is not in Ann Arbor city area. Everytime I went there, I had ... read more

Dunning Toyota is a great place to get a used vehicle I came into Dunning not knowing exactly what I wanted to purchase. The sales person who helped me was very knowledgeable and made suggestions based on my needs. I ended up going with a Camry which I absolutely love. I will definately be back to Dunning Toyota.

Not your typical high pressure sales I went to Dunning to look at three specific cars and see whether or not two carseats, two suitcases and a set of golf clubs would fit in those models. I was not interested in test driving because I was at the beginning of my car shopping process. I did not feel pressured at all by Bill with any of the typical car sales tactics. He was very friendly and helpful and showed a lot of patience as it took some time to check what I wanted to check. PROS: low-pressure car sales CONS:

Terrible Service, Vehicle Warantee not honored. We bought our toyota vehicle there. When we had issues with it, the service department rep Mike Buto refused to honor the warantee. He demanded $250 payment prior to diagnosis. He claimed his techs would not get paid without payment authorization on a warantee covered problem!!! When I refused to authorize the payment in advance on my vehicle that is covered by warantee, he became very belligerent, impolite, and hung up the phone on me, the customer. I informed the customer ser... read more
