Today 11/25/25 took my car to Anaheim Toyota because I had a nail in my tire and it was slowly leaking air. Since I bought my car from Toyota dealership and have all the warranties, including road hazard coverage, I expected a quick and helpful fix. Instead, I got pretty poor customer service. There was an advisor using profanity nearby, and I was told to just drop off the car without them even checking the tire. They didn’t try to help on the spot at all.
