Be careful, watch your gas tank before drop off and pick up. I dropped off the car there for service. Then they returned with an empty gas tank. They only refilled back when I complained about it. My car has 1 issue, but I had to come back 2 times, but they did not address the issue, then they told me to come in back if the engine light comes on again. 1-Star Review: Worst Experience Ever – And It’s Still Not Over Absolutely the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. Toyota of Anaheim refused to fix a known grille shutter issue on my RAV4 under warranty and is demanding I pay out of pocket. No help, no explanation, no accountability—just a flat-out refusal. I’m still stuck with a broken part and zero support. If you value your time, money, or sanity, avoid this place at all costs.
