RecommendedEveryone was super friendly and helping each other out. I also liked the customer lounge for my wait: coffee, donuts and the TV as well as tables, internet etc.
Raphael was prompt, courteous, and welcoming. I received both a text and personal phone call in no time.

Alfredo provided very professional help and service. Made recommendations for services needed but not pushy to get them done.
With the exception of two people the service department had aweful service. I had to fight for them to fix an issue that was covered under warranty. They ended up fixing it but not until after I had to duplicate the issue myself for them (because they were too lazy to do it themselves) and spend hours over the phone talking to corporate Toyota trying to get the repair done. I wish this was the only time we ran into an issue but we have had a few situations where their service is subpar.
Dave is a great helpful service advisor! Break room is huge with lots of amenities!
