Poor experience in attempting to purchase a 2025 Rav 4 XLE. I made a deal putting down a deposit in Feb 2025 for delivery in November. I received a phone call from the advisor in September asking if I still wanted the vehicle to which I confirmed that I did. When I contacted the dealership in November to arrange delivery I was told the vehicle I ordered was not available. One of the worst dealer ever, they will greet you well at the beginning and pretend nice bought a car a year ago with warranty and then got a engine sign out of no where , went to service department they asked me to pay as it supposed to be covered, moreover when you take your car to service department they make you to wait longer hours and then ask you to keep your car with them, the service is very low i hope to the ones that read my comment to not do this mistake that I had with them. My experience with the Toyota NW Edmonton dealership was not good at all. The sales team and finance misled me regarding the pricing—what they quoted and what I was actually charged were significantly different. The Toyota Northwest dealership had me sign the documents, and they said that they were sending them for approval to the finance team, They told me to trust them, saying that there was nothing wrong, and they didn’t even let me read through it, alright? The team was excellent. We came in to downsize our vehicle, and they did an amazing job finding what suited our needs and didn't try to oversell us. Pyper was an excellent listener as the sales person, she understood the situation and as a result gained a repeat customer. The sales manager helped close the deal, and the financing team with Mo was very friendly and helpful. I will be coming here again when it is time for our next vehicle.
