I picked up my new 2025 Toyota Tundra yesterday. Of note, I travelled from three provinces away to deal with Derek Miller and his teammates at Toyota Northwest Edmonton. Was looking to get a truck here, but unfortunately, things didn't work out. I can speak of the whole experience though. I have to say that the dealership itself was impressive as a whole. The customer service was excellent. Ahmad was the one I had the pleasure of talking to. He was very kind and understanding, as well as knowledgable. Was a huge help showing me how things worked. Overall, a good experience and would recommend for anyone looking to buy a vehicle here.
This is a good dealership. I also like that they have good amenities, but by dealership, I actually mean service I like most of their service people. I did talk to a salesman who seemed pretty decent. The sales manager totally screwed up the deal. He actually added money to the price of a car and then took $999 off to make it look like he was giving me a sale so that’s awesome.
