Great service, friendly and knowledgeable people in the parts department.
My mother's car is basically brand new and has ONLY 5000 miles and failed inspection. They told her to drive it around. I told her that was wrong. I had it checked and it passed with no problem. I bring it back to the dealership to get it inspection done again because it was paid for already. I had a 12 pm appointment. They told me it would take 3 hours. I left and went to my mechanic and paid the $40 AGAIN and was finished in 10 minutes. Ridiculous. Such bad service. No where to even get a cup of coffee. 1 person trying to ... read more
