Worst place to get service and get a car. They don’t help with anything. They find any reason to not help with service. I don’t recommend at all. They honestly made me not like Toyota anymore.
I visited the dealership to look at and hopefully buy a 2023 Camry. Paying this dealership a visit was a huge mistake; at the outset and before starting negotiations, the salesman and his "closer" stated that the Camry was an "accident-free" car that was never hit nor had any damage; othewrwise, it could not be a "Toyota Certified" used car. The worst communication. They were supposed to send a tow truck to pick up a car that I put down as down payment and it has been 3 months of dodging my texts. I’m going to get evicted by my landlord because the car has been sitting in the driveway and I keep trying to get Marcus L to act on it but he keeps dodging any accountability whatsoever. Horrible last few experiences. We dropped our SUV off for service, requesting the foreman whom he knows to be familiar with our car to please oversee our yearly service. Service department is wildly disorganized, chaotic, and unethically releasing vehicles and various parts marked as 'inspected and approved' when they have CLEARLY not been inspected - let alone appropriately handled / replaced / repaired.
