At Desert Toyota of Tucson (Owned by Berge) after buying multiple vehicles over the years and having nothing positive experiences has come to a very sad end. The last vehicle that I got was great but the customer service was bad! I have never been treated so badly. The vehicle I ordered was lost. When it was found they lost one set of the keys and gave me a cheap non-Toyota key. When I asked for the genuine Toyota key they would not give me one (extra $60).
