Incredible experience. I wanted a very specific vehicle that was really hard to get (RAV4 hybrid plugin XSE) because inventory was low compared to high demand. Clara put in the extra effort to look for it and called me each day with updates. When it miraculously became available she managed the entire process to ensure I got it. If you want a sales rep who will hustle hard for you with so much love, Clara is that human.
Shout out to Spencer in the parts department. There was a miscommunication where some parts didn’t arrive on the day I was told, and he worked to track some down at another dealer and arranged their pickup so my car could still be worked on that day. Really appreciate him going above and beyond to make things right! 🙌

Wveyone in the service department is accommodating, mind, works very hard, efficient-up until they're closed and sometimes the stay late. The new service manager is a complete gentlemen. Everyone is professional. The ladies in the office snd behind the scenes are also fantastic and go above and beyond. I wish all places were so gracious. The lobby is lovely to hangout in & enjoy an espresso while one is waiting. Love yall See you soon! -Jacq Wayne
