This dealership gets 2 stars for a few reasons. I purchased a 2021 Dodge Charger from them, and within 3 days the drive shaft assembly failed. They did fix it at no cost, but they refused to address a major safety issue — the windshield. At night, the swirl marks made it nearly impossible to see the road, which should have never been overlooked in the first place. Just bought a used Honda from Toyota Marin and am extremely happy with the experience and with the service from Keith Ural. Here’s a few reasons why I’m so happy: - Car was very competitively priced. I was told this was a one price shop, and could not negotiate down, so I didn’t. On the other hand there were no added fees — I walked off without a warranty, GPS tracker, etc. - Was pressured to buy less than I expected.
