This is a really good Toyota store. Sales manager (Omar) and Salesperson (Dev) were top notch. The initial contact via the web site was a little rough with a combo of human (not Omar or Dev) and AI bot….leaving some communication gaps. Car was delivered to my home which was awesome. The nighttime delivery unfortunately meant the car was not as clean as if I had picked it up….I think the home delivery meant some detail work was skipped.
