So when I say that Lars was a fantastic service representative--very professional, but also kind and friendly--you know that he deserves recognition for being great. I have been a loyal Toyota fan since my teenage years and will continue to be so, thanks to awesome service reps like Lars.
Just bought the truck I’ve been wanting for years at Toyota Marin. Alex was great! He quickly response to my inquiry, sent me video and answered any questions I had. The buying process was painless and Alex helped me find the right payment plan to fit my budget. I would absolutely recommend Toyota Marin.
Lars was great who helped me with my car.. checking in was quick and easy and I left my car for five hours to have a 60,000 mile service completed. When I drove away the next day, I did not have my Apple CarPlay working as it was disconnected. I called Toyota and was told that when they do the inspections and the service on my car that they disconnect some of the electrical. Took and made phone calls WHILE I was talking to the gentleman who was helping me. Pretty rude. The hot chocolate was awesome. They kindly put my car thru their carwash and it was pretty dirty when it came out. It was better than nothing but I expected the dirt left the hood and roof and doors would have been removed. A swipe with my cloth removed it.
