Great job, fast, nice, and they gave me a lift
I was searching for 2025 Rav 4 XLE AWD for my daughter. I went to Novato-Toyota and was very disappointed. First, I had to wait while the sales team mulled around for an extra 10 mins before I was even approached. Next, the sales person tried more than once to get me to purchase a new Kia, why might you ask, because they didn't have the Rav 4 we wanted,-if we wanted a Kia I would have asked for it.
