Definitely "THE WORST" Toyota-Lift dealership in Los Angles California!!! Lies after lies when doing business with them. Their own technicians are even trashing their own management team for unethical processes. Be very careful of doing business with Toyota-Lift of Los Angeles. 100% good Toyota products, but 0% on the dealership!!! Try to go with a different Toyota-Lift dealer if you can!!!
This is the worst company I have ever work for , the service dept, management, man I have seen pre-school child act more mature. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY YOU WILL REGRET IT, THEY WILL NEVER HAVE YOUR BACKING

Dishonest salesman sold us a "new" forklift which we waited 6 weeks to be delivered. Sales quote: NEW forklift. What was delivered? Unit which had 46,000 hours on the meter Had been repainted Was damaged. Had obviously been heavily used. Dealership admitted the hours meter had been tampered with and the unit had been CANNIBALIZED FOR PARTS but it's still (wait for it) "new"! Dealership COO is Simon Walker.
