My experience with this company was terrible from the very first email I sent to the sales rep (Jim Paoletti) that could not respond to me in a timely manner. I had to constantly follow up with availability for delivery of the forklift. They finally sent out the forklift, with no notice. I’ve had the forklift for two months and it’s had Many issues with it (disconnect wires). I will say the other time I had to get it repaired was because I had it outside.
