My experience with this company was terrible from the very first email I sent to the sales rep (Jim Paoletti) that could not respond to me in a timely manner. I had to constantly follow up with availability for delivery of the forklift. They finally sent out the forklift, with no notice. I’ve had the forklift for two months and it’s had Many issues with it (disconnect wires). I will say the other time I had to get it repaired was because I had it outside. The parts department is awesome. I have used them three times now and they have always been very polite and never once price gouged.
Be extra careful when purchasing a used electric forklift from here. Walt Beran sold us a 6 year old electric forklift early 2024. Found out last week it has 20 year old date coded and dying battery. When asked to make it right this was the response from Toyota Lift Northwest "I spoke to Used and they are looking at this the same way as I thought they would which is the used truck came with a 30 day full warranty and a 90 day powertrain. Both have expired. most if not all rental lifts retire into the used department around 3... read more
Service dept personnel are a joke to say the least. All I needed was info on pricing to get a brand new electric pallet Jack recharged. It took 15 minutes for the advisor to get me a quote of $400-$600 dollars. I had the same bad experience when I purchased the Jack from them. Stay as far away from this company as possible,
