Had an appointment for a simple oil change and maintenance check first thing in the AM. I asked how long it would take and was quoted 45mins to an hour. I asked if I should call back in that time and they said no, wait for their call. 3 hours later, no call. No one was answering the phones, so I ultimately just showed up at the shop.
