This dealership doesn't care about the warranty offered by Toyota. I bought a bZ electric car it doesn't even have 5,000 miles on it yet, but it constantly has issues. They can't find the problem, yet they want to charge me for the diagnosis and they still haven't identified the fault.
They had what I needed and were nice

The 2 gentlemen in the parts dept. were amazingly helpful. I needed a transponder key to replace mine that broke off in ignition otherwise I would have to buy fob & key then have Service do the codes on it....almost $600! David went beyond what I expected to help me not to have to go this route & gave me 2 other options since fob still worked. Toyota Direct will definitely be my choice for service now due to this experience. Thank you again David for making my day. 😊
