The 2 gentlemen in the parts dept. were amazingly helpful. I needed a transponder key to replace mine that broke off in ignition otherwise I would have to buy fob & key then have Service do the codes on it....almost $600! David went beyond what I expected to help me not to have to go this route & gave me 2 other options since fob still worked. Toyota Direct will definitely be my choice for service now due to this experience. Thank you again David for making my day. 😊

Llegue a este lugar , donde hay un montón de polvo y escombros, te dejan ahí parado más de 20 minutos sin tener más nadie en espera, para no buscar la parte que buscas porque ellos deben tener el vin number. No volvería a este lugar a salir lleno de alergia y tos de tanto escombros de construcción 🚧 para no ser ni atendido.
