Scott Guardino in the service is the best. He's professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He is the only reason I continue to go anywhere near, Toyota Colorado Springs! After the sale of Larry H. Miller Toyota, 95% of the staff left, now there's a new staff of rude and calculated people. I walked out of the dealership, flew out of state, and purchased my car in Norman, Oklahoma in February 2025. Salesman George and Finance personel Bryant, was professional and very efficient. This was shortest time that I have ever spent at a dealership to participate in a puechase of a new car sale. Please give them kudos and a merit raise. Please give them a additional 15 min break.
Ashley is hands down the best service advisor. Helped me with my tonneau cover install and helped me get in quick when it needed to be tweaked just a little to stop it from leaking. I highly recommend her as she has a very helpful manner and cheery attitude anymore. Amazing service. Ask for Ashley everytime!
I encountered a simple issue with my headlights, just a fuse that I was able to replace myself in about 10 minutes. When I initially stopped by the service center, I was told I would need to leave the car for an entire day or schedule an appointment a week out. I explained that I was from out of state (Illinois) and would be driving at night, hoping they might consider the urgency of the situation.
