The service center takes absolutely FOREVER for a simple oil change. I have two young kids so sitting in the lobby for hours on end for an oil change is a nightmare. If you need an oil change, clear your whole day because you WILL be here all day.
Not sure why they have salesmen anymore. All they did was call the bank, but it was a good experience Dominic and Gus were great to work with!
This review is for Ashley Malcom in services: Give this woman a raise. She is excellent. I hate bringing my car in to get serviced because it’s always an uncomfortable experience and I don’t feel like things are explained to me, but Ashley made me feel extremely comfortable and explained things to me so I felt good about getting the services done and not like I was being taken advantage of. Salesman George and Finance personel Bryant, was professional and very efficient. This was shortest time that I have ever spent at a dealership to participate in a purhase of a new car sale. Please give them kudos and a merit raise. Please give them a additional 15 min break. The Facility was carefully organized to catch a prospective buyers interest.
