Scheduled both my vehicles to get oil changes and a recall fixed on one of them on the same day. Turns out they scheduled one for a saturday and one for a Tuesday, so I rescheduled for the week after, double checking they were both scheduled for the same day. Went in today for the oil changes and the recall. My appointments were at noon. They then waited until I got there and said they could do the oil changes but couldn't do the recall until the end of the day. In ALL of my years of maintaining a car, I have never received as good of customer service as I did from Charles Meredith here. He kept me super informed, was so easy to talk to, gave me all my options, and gave me external recommendations for a few things they couldn’t take care of here. I have never, ever written a review for a service department at a dealership, but the people deserve to know about Charles. 10/10 customer experience, truly.

I typically never go to a dealership but I had a potentially big problem today and went in. Ashley helped me today, got my vehicle inspected and repaired in a timely manner and provided me all the information I needed. They were quick, efficient and helpful today.
