Worst Customer Service! Called the Dealership about 4 times on Monday 10/13/25 from 7AM-Noon about my dead battery. This was a Toyota manufacturers battery with a 84 month warranty . Was a replacement of original battery about 2.5years ago. No one ever called me back so I just went to AutoZone and had it replaced as my car was dead and you guys were no help whatsoever! Customer Service at this place is a 0 out of 4 stars. Tom Goudreau

I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience at Toyota Capitol Expressway in San Jose this is the first time my son took his car here, we took it there because it had good reviews online, but this place was terrible, I will never go back there again, the service advisor was no help at all, and when i ask to speak to a manager he said oh hes not in. I dont even know if they know what they are doing there.
This is my second time having to deal with Turnersville Toyota's service department, after buying a $2500 bumper to bumper Toyota platinum warranty, that I was told was no different than the original warranty. The first time I brought my vehicle in for the air conditioning. I was told by the service writer, it would cost me $280 to hook my vehicle up to their machine.
