Had the best experience here. Insurance claim repairs and they made sure they fixed every little thing!!! I felt like I was picking up a new car. The car was detailed when I collected it inside and out. Marc and his team were an absolute pleasure to deal with. An extension of the repairs was required but this was communicated and explain why due to the repairs needed to the rims. Not something I normally do but had to share what an absolute shambles of an organisation Auto Body & Paint are and I would advise anyone thinking of using them to think twice about doing so! Took my car (BMW X3) for quote at beginning of Dec-25 and they contacted me to say their quote was approved by Insurance company and booked my car in for repair on 16 Jan 2026. Avoid this company at all cost. Still waiting to finalise my repairs which have taken since Sept 25. They try to finalise the repairs and invoice by the end of Dec 25 with only 95% of the work completed. Arrange on two occasions to come back to complete the works, only to be told when I arrived that they didnt have a loan car for me. They could of easily pick up the phone to advise me the day before. Poor performance, poor customer service and poor attention to detail.

Absolute crooks. I was going to take them to the Small Claims Tribunal but between them and the Insurance company both blaming each other it became more than difficult. These guys repaired the wrong dent in my vehicle which cost me my Insurance excess, half fixed the real issue that I wanted repaired and then refused to finish it, telling me to lodge another Insurance claim.. which was another $500. Avoid like the plague!
