Dealt with Lauren, Chris and Jamie today, after referred to them by Auto Classic. Their politeness, great customer skills and assistance is very I m p r e s s I v e… You don’t get such care and empathy these days, but this business is the exception to the rule. Poor time management and gives unethical reasons for delays. Took car for repairs for 2 weeks and now it’s almost a month. What a shame
Avoid This Shop at All Costs! If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience with this panel shop has been an absolute nightmare from start to finish. The repairs were never done right, there’s missing parts/bolts etc, overspray over car, colour match wrong, sand marks, paint runs, dirt in the paint and more, would say away at all costs
Repair of the car took to long. 24th October 2024 to the 28th of January 2025. When I picked the car up there was overspread on the inside of the passengers window. They replaced a panel which they never painted had to take car back to have panel painted. White spots of polish on the new paint which was dry polished left out in the sun. Polished on the rear louvre which can't be removed. Left hand front tyre replaced pressure sensor was faulty. Would never go back there
I did repair my car twice there and both times was happy with the results and customer service
