After having an extremely negative experience with the service department, I had to change my review. It's nothing against the sales people. The service department left a very bitter taste in my mouth. I expect a certain level of service after spending my life's savings on a car from this establishment only to be treated poorly and talked down to. I won't come back here for future purchases.
We LOVE VICTOR ACEVES!! Daniel and I are back for our 2nd Toyota purchase! Victor is such a sweet and knowledgeable person. I will refer all my family and friends to Victor. If your looking for a genuine person ask for Victor Aceves, you won't be disappointed! !
