Purchased a timing belt kit in March of 2020 and due to health problems my tech was unable to install the kit. He recovered and started the install in May 2021 and when he opened the water pump the pump had the gasket already glued and had bolt impressions where it appeared to have been attached. I contacted this company and they advised me to return the part at my expense and they would inspect it an refund the cost of the part. Best prices, quality and customer service. I got the part I needed for almost half as much as they where charging me at the Toyota dealer. I will definitely order from here again if I ever need another part for my Toyota. Highly recommend.
