Service manager needs to verify service had been properly and completely done before releasing vehicle back to the customer. i.e. Make sure cabin filter replacement doesn't result in unusual fan noise, and that the compartment has been properly reassembled.
The dealership staff is trustworthy, friendly and fair. I highly recommend checking out what's "new with Brandon Drew!"
