I have eaten at Toyama more times than I can remember! I would estimate easily over 50 times. The food is always fast and good. Occasionally a coworker's order or two has gotten screwed up in our extra large office lunch orders, but the owners have always made it right if we called and told them. They have the cheapest salmon entree anywhere! I would request it medium rare to avoid the possibility of getting an over cooked piece of salmon. It only happened to me once or twice.
