Property Manager We were searching for a car and brought about 4 cars for the mechanics to "look over" before we purchased. We found them to be honest and trustworthy. Great service and reasonable pricing.

I just had the worst customer experience at the ******************** mechanic shop in **********, ********. This was my favorite auto shop for years (for my ****** and Lexus cars) but not anymore and heres why. I took my wifes Sienna to check it for coolant leak. They quoted a fee to check it and that if they find a problem and fix it then the fee would be applied toward the total cost. I dropped off the car and got a call later in the day that they found out the coolant block off plate needs to be resealed, that the radiator cap wasnt holding press and needs to be replaced as well. I was quote $241 and I agreed to charges. They said the sealant needs to be completely dry before the car can be driven & I kept the car overnight.Received a call the next day from **** that the compressor failed while they were bleeding the cooling the system. I did not have any problem with the ** and the compressor was just fine before I drop off the car. In fact this shop replaced the ** compressor/assembly, clutch, belts, water bump and few other things etcaround 2016/2017 and I spent thousands of dollars back then.I suspect they overcharged the system with too much refrigerant and caused the failure and wanted them to take some responsible for the failure but they refused to admit *************** show any remorse.I was quoted about $1700 to replace the compressor, including the $241 sealant fix.I was angry and frustrated and didnt want to drive the car off the lot with a broken compressor, so I agreed to have the compressor replaced; figured would bite the bullet and move on even though I shouldnt be paying this money. Later in the day **** called me back that they replaced the compressor, but the ** is still not cooling enough, that I would need to pay additional $266 for them to further diagnosis as to why its not cooling enough but I refused. WTF! I ended up paying $1680 in total after I was quoted $241 to fix a leak! And now the ** isn't working as it should.

I've used Toy Car Care for over a decade. This is an honest, reputable shop. They stand by their work. The employees are genuinely friendly, not condescending. They explain things clearly. They'll warn you of things that will need to be done on upcoming visits. The staff is clearly interested in the well being of your car and all who drive it.

I've used Toy Car Care for all of my needs on my 98' and 2011 4Runners. Their repair prices are generally lower than what I've experienced elsewhere (Timing belt and water pump were hundreds less than dealer quote) and their maintenance services are competitively priced. I love having Toyota specialists, intimately familiar with my Toys, rather than generalists. No pressure, just expert advise and outstanding service delivery... On several occasions, they identified and corrected minor issues at no additional charge, which is greatly appreciated and helps to illustrate them caring for my vehicle like it was their own. Thanks to Toy Car Care I've enjoyed 280k and 115k worry free miles and counting!

Went in for a scheduled oil change today. Guy behind the counter said there was no record of this. I said "obviously, someone f'd up". Guy behind the counter says "I don't appreciate your language. We have no appointment for you." No attempt on his part to reschedule or get to the bottom of why the mistake was made. If you go, please don't swear in their presence. They're rather precious about this apparently.
