So glad to have found you! At first, it was the coupon in the mail that made me aware of Toyota Automotive. I was very pleased with the promptness, thoroughness and professionalism of both Scott and Kevin. They gave me an overview of what to look for at different miles, etc. When I asked to see the shop, was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness--you could eat off their floor!
Trustworthy, Dependable, and Friendly Moved from another state and found Toy Automotive. Best thing that ever happened...Serviced my 4runner, and suggested how to keep my 2005 4runner running well while i travel throughout this state. Not just another number in the larger toyota dealerships. Excellent service, welcoming attitude, and always knowledgeable about what needs to be done or not. Can't say enough, but Thanks to Toy Automotive.
Friendly, knowledgable, and trustworthy! You walk in and you immediately feel welcomed. I had a problem with my 2010 Subaru Outback stalling when I came to a stop. Scott brought me around to his computer, indicated possible problems by viewing the Subaru tech website, and even brought me into the garage to show me the issue. Turns out, another less reputable business overfilled my transmission with fluid. Thanks Scott!
Best Shop in town Scott has repaired and maintained our Toyota and Lexus vehicles for over 10 years. Before I met Scott it never failed that I would leave the mechanic feeling confused and over sold. I have stayed with Scott all of this time even though he's on the other side of town because I trust the quality of his work and his honest approach to repairs and maintenance. Great service for your Toyota!! Scott and Kevin worked on my new 2012 4Runner after a piece of metal broke through the plastic of one of the front lights. They were courteous, fair and the repair took no time at all. Their work is excellent and you can tell they take pride in what they do! I will only take my new Toyota to them! My husband drives a 2008 Toyota Tundra and we will be taking his truck for any service to Toy Automotive as well!
Toy Automotive Kevin And Scott were wonderful to work with! They listened to all my concerns i had for my vehicle and cost for repairs. I couldn't of asked for a better experience. I would recommend Toy Automotive to all my friend's and family.
