Very rarely do they open the door at 6! Art is a nurse there and Is the only employee that is on time. Art took off 2 days last month and on those 2 days the earliest they opened was 6:25 causing my family member to be late to work both days! Another client got snapped at for knocking on the door and told the counselor if yall opened on time I wouldn't knock on the door and she said "this is what time I get here and won't change that for you!"They're not professional what so ever, very bad experience!

Visited the Bellaire office as a guest. Not being familiar with the abundance of traffic and how driving 15 miles, equates to 45 mins time, I saw I might arrive after closing. The lady answering the phone, offers a sweet, understanding, and helpful resonance, never growing hasty with my four calls to offer guidance on directions. The nurse is equally helpful, welcoming, patient, and ever so sweet. Do not go to this clinic. Esp the Bellaire location. The counselors are unprofessional and violate patients rights.
