My ex wife was using them for 401k split....hardly answered the phone and when I asked for a Privacy Statement for collecting my Social, they could not provide one. Thomas was rude to me in emails as well. Stated he had done over 14000 divorce cases and not once provided a Privacy Act Statement to anyone

Well, these folks are outstanding. What they do is contentious, but necessary - they split federal pensions for folks that are splitting up. The most important thing here is that they are understanding, competent, and offer their service until you are done. They are understanding of your situation, patient, and offer calm and advice.
