everyone is fairly nice, but whoever drew my blood was a little too rough and now i’m bruised and sore
if i could rate this zero stars i would Jessica s is unprofessional and was on a phone call while i was being seen i wouldn’t recommend this medical assistance to nobody! i’m not sure if any of information is put out there but i am highly disappointed!
I routinely visit the Health Center for my birth control shot and every time I get Jessica S she is always super friendly. Her customer service is amazing and it's always a joy to come in and be treated by her. She's one of the best at Towson!
all the staff were incredibly kind and communicated very clearly!! my nurse made me feel so cared for and was clearly very knowledgeable. definitely recommend
