2+ weeks post arthroscopic shoulder surgery and good as new! Dr. Detterlein and his team at Towson Orthopedics were amazing and I highly recommend if you are having any shoulder issues to see them!!
Saw Dr. Tarantino today. He was awful, condescending, chuckled, threw up his hands. Apparently nothing showed on the X-Ray. When I told him my knee was in constant pain, he shrugged his shoulders and asked “what do you want me to do?” Unsure of whether or not it was race or gender, but I have never been treated that way by a health provider in my life. He got up and walked out when I started crying. My co-pay was returned.
when you make an appt, you expect this place to keep the appt time. Appt was at 9am, got there 30 min ahead of time, stuck in a room until 1015am, and then told that xrays were needed. WHY... could these been done when I got there??? So.. i get there 30 min ahead of time, then waited for over an hour for doctor, now waiting for another hour for xrays and then doctor consult. How can I bill this place for my lost time and incovenience?
Went to the Rosedale location for the first time and will avoid at all cost next time. Waited over 30 min for my daughter to be taken back for X-rays.... my daughter was in the bathroom when they came for her. They couldn’t wait the literally 30-45 seconds for Her to finish. Called the next patient instead and made us wait another 15 min for X-rays. Blamed it on the fact that they only have 1 X-ray tech and can’t wait. The most professional,caring staff! I had Dr. Detterline for complete knee replacement surgery. I highly recommend him!! TOA is the “best”.
