Insurance Fiasco – The medical attention I received was top notch. However my experience with the insurance assistant at the office was a nightmare at best. What was quoted to me as my out of pocket amount, ended up being twice what I was told. Based on the misinformation, I cannot get the other half of the procedure done, because I didn't have the additional $$ withheld from my salary. So, the dental work I expected to have completed this year, has to be delayed until next year, at twice the price than quoted.
